Pam Reynolds heads up the On-Balance physiotherapy team. With over 40 years experience Pam's interest in Vestibular and Balance Rehabilitation began in the early 1990's while Chief Physiotherapist at Hampton Rehabilitation Hospital in Melbourne. She pursued this interest at every opportunity and it soon became a passion.
In 2002 Pam established this specialized Practice and over the years has developed considerable expertise, helping people with Vestibular and Balance disorders who have vertigo, dizziness or headache.
Pam is now regarded as an authorative figure and educator in this specific area having presented at the Neuro-Otology Society of Australia's annual scientific meeting, taught courses for the Australian Physiotherapy Association and conducted in-service education to hospital physiotherapy departments and to doctors groups. Pam has trained and equipped the Team to ensure a high standard of clinical skills in assessment and management of dizziness and balance. All Physiotherapists use the same assessment protocols and treatment techniques. All patients undergo the same vestibular and balance assessment to determine the cause of their symptoms. All treatments and home exercise programmes are tailored to the individual's needs. All patients are given a comprehensive explanation and a treatment plan is discussed.
