Kim Hawkins consults at Artarmon on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, providing patients located on the Lower North Shore, City and surrounds with an opportunity for more local access to high quality Vestibular Rehabilitation.
Kim graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) in 2001. She has a background of senior physiotherapist positions in neurological and vestibular rehabilitation at Barnet Hospital and St Thomas’ Hospital, London, and RPAH Sydney. When in the London, Kim had opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading Vestibular physiotherapists.
Kim joined On-Balance Physiotherapy in early 2014 to pursue her special interest in Vestibular Rehabilitation. She has a strong commitment to continuing professional development and has successfully completed both, the internationally recognized, Basic and Advanced Herdman Vestibular Rehabilitation courses. She has also completed the Foundation and Level 2 Watson Headache Institute courses.
Kim is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association’s Vestibular special interest group.
Kim is currently undertaking a Research Master’s Degree in Vestibular Rehabilitation at University of Sydney.
